Heather is an accomplished educator who has left an indelible mark on her students and peers. While an adjunct professor at the University of Arkansas, Heather crafted and delivered a groundbreaking course on "Storytelling in Leadership in the Pandemic.” She then adapted the course into “Storytelling in Marketing” and was invited to teach it at CIMBA, a university in Italy.

Heather's impact extends beyond her professional achievements, as evidenced by her consistent presence in the community. Her involvement in various boards and commissions has earned her repeated recognition for her contributions to the state and industry. Notably, she was named the Arkansas Business Executive of the Year by Arkansas Business and received the Entrepreneur of the Year Award from the University of Arkansas Sam M. Walton College of Business. Her influence is further underscored by her six consecutive years on Arkansas’s Most Influential Leaders list, Arkansas 250 by Arkansas Business.
